Capacity Practitioner Resource Library + Usage License

Professional-use resources for practitioners who want to bring Capacity concepts into client work, workshops, masterclasses, meditation or hypnosis sessions, and facilitated programs.

Capacity is a neuroscience-informed Healing Minds Academy program designed to help participants understand and practice nervous system regulation, seven domains of capacity and identity integration.

Together, these elements support the ability to hold more responsibility, visibility, emotion, uncertainty, success, and change without becoming overwhelmed or slipping back into familiar patterns.

The Capacity Practitioner Resource Library + Usage License gives eligible professionals access to the full Capacity program, along with practitioner-facing and client-facing resources you can adapt and use with your own clients, participants, groups, workshops, sessions, and audiences within your appropriate scope of practice.

This is not a certification or practitioner training designation. It is a professional resource library with a generous client-use license, implementation support, and Founder Access bonuses.

Founder Access

You are joining the Founder Access release of Capacity.

This means the Capacity program and Practitioner Resource Library are being released alongside the module schedule, rather than delivered all at once.

Practitioner Resource Library materials connected to each module will be added within one week of that module’s release.

Founder Access participants receive the lowest available investment because they are joining during the first live release, while the practitioner resources are being finalized, refined, and expanded.

Release Schedule

Module 1: Your Regulated Foundation

Available July 7, 2026.

You’ll begin by understanding nervous system responses and learning practical ways to work with the brain and body more intentionally.

This module provides the foundation for regulation, safety, awareness, and choice.

Practitioner resources connected to this module may support client education, nervous system capacity, reflection, practice, and practical integration.

Related Practitioner Resource Library materials will be added by July 14, 2026.

Module 2: Your Capacity Expansion

Available on Day 35:

You’ll explore what happens when life asks more of a person and how to begin building the internal capacity to respond with more clarity, flexibility, and choice.

This is where Capacity moves beyond simply calming down and begins expanding what a person can hold, receive, and move toward without slipping back into familiar patterns.

Practitioner resources connected to this module may support capacity-building conversations, workshops, masterclasses, sessions, and facilitated group work.

Related Practitioner Resource Library materials will be added one week after the module is released.

Module 3: Your Identity Shift and Practitioner Implementation Pack

Available on Day 65.

You’ll begin integrating the work at the level of identity, self-concept, and daily life.

This module supports the embodiment of a more capable version of self, with greater clarity, flexibility, and confidence.

Practitioner resources connected to this module may support integration, reflection, self-concept work, and application of Capacity-informed concepts within your own professional scope.

The Module 3 Practitioner Implementation Pack will include example workshop outlines, implementation maps, the Capacity Practitioner Planning & Accessibility Kit, and the Introduction to Teaching Capacity training.

Related Practitioner Resource Library materials will be added one week after the module is released.

Capacity Practitioner Planning & Accessibility Kit ($197 Value)

This bonus is included for Founding members only.

This training introduces Barb’s approach to professional client education, workshop design, participant support, practical integration, and different learning needs.

This is an introductory training. It is not a certification, facilitator training, or permission to represent yourself as certified in Capacity.

Capacity Workshop and Group Implementation Examples ($97 Value)

Example outlines and implementation maps showing how Capacity-informed material can be adapted into workshops, masterclasses, facilitated groups, sessions, and client education.

How You May Use the Materials

Your Practitioner Materials Usage License allows you to:

  • use client-facing materials with your own clients, students, groups, workshop participants, session participants, or audience
  • adapt client-facing materials for your own professional setting, including adding your own branding where appropriate
  • use client-facing materials in paid or free client education, workshops, masterclasses, lead magnets, groups, sessions, or facilitated programs
  • deliver paid or free workshops, masterclasses, sessions, or facilitated group programs using Capacity concepts and Practitioner Resources, provided they are delivered by you and remain within your appropriate scope of practice
  • provide recordings of your own workshops, masterclasses, sessions, or group programs to participants registered in that specific offering
  • use provided scripts to create your own hypnosis, meditation, guided practice, or reflective audios for your own clients, participants, audience, or customers
  • sell or give away your own audio recordings created from provided scripts, under your own name or brand
  • use the Capacity journal and journal prompts with your own clients, workshop participants, session participants, and group program participants as part of your services

What This License Does Not Include

This license does not allow you to:

  • share your login or provide access to the Capacity course or Practitioner Resource Library
  • share, gift, upload, publish, distribute, sell, or resell the Practitioner Resources
  • sell the written scripts as standalone scripts, script bundles, practitioner resources, downloads, templates, or training materials
  • sell or distribute the Capacity journal as a standalone product, book, workbook, digital download, lead magnet, or separate resource
  • create, sell, or distribute a self-paced online course based on Capacity or the Practitioner Resources without a separate written licensing agreement
  • create a certification, practitioner training, train-the-trainer program, or licensing program based on Capacity or the Practitioner Resources
  • teach or license other practitioners to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, or deliver Capacity materials
  • license Capacity-based materials, programs, audios, workshops, or trainings to organizations, clinics, agencies, teams, institutions, or other practitioners without a separate written agreement
  • present yourself as certified, licensed, or officially endorsed to teach Capacity unless you have received separate written permission from Healing Minds Academy
  • use the materials outside your professional scope, training, competence, legal authority, insurance coverage, or regulatory requirements

In simple terms: use the materials in your own client-facing work. Do not resell, share, distribute, repackage, license, or train other practitioners using the materials.

Bonus Resource Use

The Founder Access bonuses are provided for your own professional learning and implementation.

You may use the broader planning, accessibility, and teaching strategies to support your own professional workshops, groups, sessions, and client education.

You may not copy, sell, resell, license, share, gift, upload, publish, distribute, teach, train from, or repackage the bonus materials as templates, downloads, toolkits, prompt libraries, trainings, courses, workshops, practitioner resources, or commercial products.

In simple terms: use the learning in your own work. Do not resell the materials.

Future Certification Pathway

Healing Minds Academy is considering a future Capacity Practitioner/Facilitator Certification.

Founder Access Practitioner Resource Library purchasers will receive priority notification if this pathway becomes available, along with a tuition credit toward certification enrollment.

A future certification may include deeper training, expanded licensing permissions, and additional guidance for using Capacity-informed concepts in 1:1 client sessions, groups, workshops, and client-facing programs.

Purchase of the Practitioner Resource Library does not grant certification, endorsement, expanded license use, or permission to represent yourself as certified in Capacity.

Affiliate Option

For some practitioners, referring clients, groups, or organizations directly to Capacity may be simpler and more appropriate than creating an expanded program or applying for Advanced Licensing.

Scope of Practice and Professional Responsibility

The Capacity Practitioner Resource Library is educational in nature.

It does not grant permission to practise psychotherapy, counselling, trauma treatment, mental health care, medical care, hypnosis, coaching, or any regulated service unless you are already qualified and legally authorized to provide those services in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for determining how these materials may be used ethically, legally, and appropriately in your own practice, business, jurisdiction, and professional role.

Nothing in the Capacity program, Practitioner Resource Library, Practitioner Materials Usage License, scripts, bonuses, or related resources should be interpreted as authorization to work outside your scope of practice.

Investment

Capacity Practitioner Resource Library Founder Access is $1,497 CAD.

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

This is the lowest investment the Capacity Practitioner Resource Library will be offered at.

Future rounds are expected to increase in investment as the program continues to expand and additional lessons, resources, implementation examples, practitioner materials, and refinements are added.

Access and Updates

Capacity begins Tuesday, July 7, 2026.

Modules open gradually:

  • Module 1 opens July 7, 2026.
  • Module 2 opens on day 35 after joining.
  • Module 3 opens on day 65 after joining.
  • related Practitioner Resource Library materials will be added within one week of each module release

Your purchase includes lifetime access to the core Capacity program and lifetime access to updates added to the core Capacity program.

Future bonuses, live events, certifications, licensing upgrades, advanced practitioner trainings, organizational licenses, or separate programs are not included unless specifically stated.

Due to the nature of the downloadable materials, practitioner resources, usage license, scripts, bonuses, and immediate access to intellectual property, refunds cannot be accommodated.

Installment Plans

If you choose to pay in installments, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

If a scheduled payment is unsuccessful, access to the program and associated resources may be paused by the platform until the outstanding payment is successfully received.

Missed or failed payments do not cancel your payment obligation.
