Train to teach self-hypnosis using the PRIMER™ Method

Two levels of certification are currently in development:

1. Certified Self-Hypnosis Instructor (PRIMER™ Method)

2. Certified Master Self-Hypnosis Instructor (PRIMER™ Method)

These certifications are designed for those who want to go beyond personal use and confidently teach self-hypnosis using a structured, neuroscience-informed approach.

You’ll learn how to deliver effective, results-focused sessions, understand scope of practice, and apply a clear teaching framework grounded in the PRIMER™ Method. The program includes an instructor toolkit with professionally designed teaching materials to support you in delivering your own programs and working with private clients.

Opportunities for ongoing mentorship, updated materials, and a listing in the PRIMER™ Method directory will be available.

Who This Certification Is For:
This certification is open to certified hypnotherapists and hypnotists, as well as licensed mental health, medical, and healthcare professionals who are ready to expand their work by teaching self-hypnosis within a structured, neuroscience-informed framework.

New to hypnosis or not yet certified?
