Professional Hypnosis Certification—Become a Certified Professional Hypnotist; or if you are a licensed mental health professional you can be certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. Beginning on January 25, 2026, you will receive access to the online program, a Facebook group for students, and live calls for practice and mentorship. All classes start at 7:00pm Eastern and last approximately 2 to 2.5 hours unless otherwise noted. All classes will be recorded. If you miss a class, you may watch the replay and complete a short homework assignment.

Additional Practice Sessions may be scheduled throughout the program as required.

Note: Students can anticipate spending approximately five to ten hours weekly studying. Students must watch the recording and complete an additional homework assignment for any missed classes.

Certification:

Saturday May 2, 2026 – 10:00am to 5:30pm with lunch and coffee breaks (online)*

*An additional online certification day and/or an in-person certification day in Thunder Bay, Ontario may be scheduled, depending on class size.

Note: If you are not ready for testing and certification or you are unable to attend on the date(s) scheduled, an alternate certification session will be scheduled at a later date for an additional fee of $250.

COURSE OUTLINE:

Module 1—Introduction, ethics and scope of practice
Module 2—The science of hypnosis and the subconscious mind
Module 3—Conducting effective intake appointments that lead to client success, body language, using conversational hypnosis to guide change
Module 4—Processes to guide clients in and out of hypnosis including inductions, deepeners, emerging processes and hypnosis safety
Module 5—Tools and techniques (conversational hypnosis, NLP, coaching techniques and much, much more)
Module 6—Supporting clients, soft skills, practitioner self-care, becoming trauma-informed, and more
Module 7—Creating change (niche topics such as smoking cessation, stress management, mindfulness meditation, self hypnosis, inner child and more)
Module 8—Proven business management and growth strategies for creating a successful business

Student Agreement (Personal Requirements):

I am at least 18 years of age and I have completed high school with a Grade 12 diploma.
I am emotionally and cognitively able to help other people.
I affirm that I will use my knowledge and hypnosis skills learned in this program to be a force for good.
I commit to professional development in the field of hypnosis to continually learn and improve my skills as long as I am using hypnosis to interact with and/or affect others.
I agree to conduct myself professionally and ethically at all times and contribute toward elevating the field of hypnosis and the reputation of its practitioners.
I will pass a criminal record check and/or vulnerable sector check if necessary for certification. Failure to disclose criminal history will result in revocation of credentials.*
If you have ever had a professional license or certification revoked, suspended or denied, you must include a full explanation for review prior to acceptance into the program.
A legible photocopy of government issued identification will be required to prepare your certificate.

*Note: If you have been convicted of prior offenses related to drug or alcohol use, you may be allowed into the program if you have been sober for at least three years, you are engaging in an active plan for recovery, and a special waiver is granted.
