By accessing, browsing, registering for, purchasing from, or using this website or any related Healing Minds Academy website, product, program, membership, training, resource, or service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Healing Minds Academy Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy, please do not use this website, create an account, register for a program, or purchase any product or service.

1. Parties

These Terms and Conditions apply to all websites, products, programs, memberships, trainings, resources, and services operated by Barb Davies and Healing Minds Academy, including healingmindsacademy.com and related websites.

In these Terms and Conditions, “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Barb Davies and Healing Minds Academy.

“User,” “visitor,” “customer,” “student,” “member,” “affiliate,” “participant,” and “you” refer to any person who accesses, views, registers for, purchases from, or uses this website or any Healing Minds Academy product, program, membership, training, resource, or service.

2. Age and Authority to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to purchase Healing Minds Academy products, programs, memberships, trainings, resources, or services.

By making a purchase, creating an account, registering for a program, or agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, organization, agency, clinic, group practice, or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to make the purchase and agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of that entity.

3. Use of This Website and Content

All content made available through this website, Healing Minds Academy, Barb Davies, or any related product, program, membership, training, resource, or service is provided for personal, educational, informational, and/or professional development purposes, depending on the specific offer purchased.

This content may include, but is not limited to, videos, recordings, audio files, training materials, written materials, slides, scripts, worksheets, handouts, downloads, journals, templates, exercises, graphics, images, text, documents, software, website content, course content, and other resources.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all content is owned by Healing Minds Academy, Barb Davies, or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, licensing, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Intellectual Property

You may access and use Healing Minds Academy content only as permitted by the specific product, program, membership, training, resource, or service you purchased.

Unless Healing Minds Academy gives you specific written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, teach, adapt, modify, resell, license, sublicense, share, publish, present, facilitate, or use Healing Minds Academy content for public, professional, or commercial purposes.

Any unauthorized use, copying, distribution, publication, sharing, resale, adaptation, teaching, facilitation, or commercial use of Healing Minds Academy content is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may also violate copyright, trademark, licensing, and other intellectual property rights.

Healing Minds Academy reserves the right to protect its intellectual property and enforce these terms, including by seeking legal remedies when necessary.

5. Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions and any program-specific terms, Healing Minds Academy grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content included in the specific product, program, membership, training, resource, or service you purchased.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, this license is for your own personal education, reflection, training, and/or self-development only.

This license is limited to the permissions stated in the specific offer purchased. Some programs may include additional professional-use permissions, client-use materials, practitioner materials, teaching permissions, certification rights, or licensing rights, but only when those permissions are specifically stated in writing in the applicable offer, checkout page, program description, or program-specific addendum.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any Healing Minds Academy content, framework, method, concept, resource, trademark, copyright, recording, training material, or intellectual property to you.

6. Linking, Framing, and Misrepresentation

You may not frame, mirror, copy, reproduce, or present Healing Minds Academy website pages, content, branding, images, videos, resources, program materials, or other materials in a way that suggests ownership, partnership, endorsement, authorization, certification, affiliation, or approval without written permission.

You may not use Healing Minds Academy names, trademarks, logos, images, program names, course names, framework names, content, or materials in a misleading, defamatory, commercial, or unauthorized manner.

Healing Minds Academy reserves the right to request removal of any unauthorized, misleading, or improper use of its names, content, branding, program materials, intellectual property, or website materials, and to enforce these terms when necessary.

7. Account Access, Passwords, and Restricted Areas

Some areas of the website and some products, programs, memberships, trainings, resources, or services may be available only through paid access, membership access, or registered account access.

Usernames and passwords are for individual use only and may not be shared.

Healing Minds Academy reserves the right to restrict, pause, suspend, or terminate access to any account if we believe these Terms and Conditions have been violated, if login credentials are being shared, if payment has not been completed, or if access is being misused.

Membership software and course platforms may track concurrent logins, access activity, account use, and other usage patterns. Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access may result in termination of access without refund.

You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential.

8. Payments

Healing Minds Academy may offer paid products, programs, memberships, trainings, resources, or services through this website or related platforms.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors, including Kajabi Payments and Stripe. Healing Minds Academy does not store or collect your full payment card details. Payment information is provided directly to the payment processor, whose use of your personal information is governed by its own privacy policy and terms.

By purchasing a product, program, membership, training, resource, or service, you agree to pay the full amount stated at checkout, including any applicable taxes, payment plan amounts, or recurring fees.

9. Installment Plans and Recurring Payments

If you choose to pay in installments, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

If a scheduled payment is unsuccessful, access to the program and associated resources may be automatically paused or revoked by the platform.

Missed or failed payments do not cancel your payment obligation.

Access will be reinstated once the outstanding payment is successfully received.

10. Refunds and Warranties

Refund policies vary by program, product, service, offer, or payment option. The refund policy that applies to your purchase will be stated on the checkout page, sales page, program description, or program-specific terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Because many Healing Minds Academy products are digital products, online courses, recordings, downloads, templates, scripts, training materials, or membership-based resources, access to the content may begin shortly after purchase. Once digital content has been accessed, viewed, downloaded, or consumed, the information cannot be returned.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within the refund period stated for the specific offer purchased.

If no specific refund policy is stated for a particular product, program, membership, training, resource, or service, all sales are considered final.

Content is provided “as-is.”

Healing Minds Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, course platform, membership platform, videos, downloads, or other digital resources. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, platform changes, technical issues, third-party service problems, internet disruption, payment processing issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

11. Program-Specific Terms

Some Healing Minds Academy products, programs, memberships, trainings, resources, or services may include additional terms, conditions, permissions, restrictions, refund policies, licensing terms, certification requirements, or professional-use rules.

If a program-specific addendum, checkout agreement, sales page, program description, or written agreement applies to your purchase, those terms are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and a program-specific addendum, the program-specific addendum will apply to that specific program or offer.

12. No Medical, Legal, Financial, or Emergency Advice

No content on this website or in any Healing Minds Academy product, program, membership, training, resource, or service is intended to replace medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, crisis support, or emergency services.

If you require medical, legal, financial, mental health crisis, or emergency support, please seek assistance from the appropriate qualified professional or emergency service.

13. No Guarantees

Healing Minds Academy may provide education, training, tools, strategies, practices, scripts, frameworks, exercises, resources, and professional development materials.

We do not guarantee specific personal, therapeutic, emotional, professional, financial, business, client, student, or practice outcomes.

Your results depend on many factors, including your participation, implementation, personal circumstances, professional scope, training, experience, effort, market conditions, and the support you seek when needed.

14. Business, Professional, and Earnings Disclaimer

Some Healing Minds Academy products, programs, trainings, resources, or services may include information related to business, professional practice, pricing, marketing, client work, certification, income, or professional development.

When business, professional, income, or practice-related information is provided, it is for educational and informational purposes only.

Healing Minds Academy does not guarantee that you will earn money, increase your income, grow your business, attract clients, receive referrals, become certified, gain employment, achieve professional recognition, or experience any particular business, professional, financial, or client outcome.

Any income examples, business examples, professional examples, testimonials, or case studies are not promises or guarantees of future results.

Business and professional outcomes are affected by many factors outside our control, including your training, credentials, experience, skills, effort, market conditions, niche, audience, pricing, messaging, implementation, professional scope, legal obligations, and business decisions.

You are responsible for evaluating your own business decisions, income potential, professional risks, scope of practice, and legal or regulatory obligations.

15. Testimonials and Submissions

We will not intentionally publish private personal information without permission.

If you provide a testimonial, you understand that it may be used in marketing or promotional materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Healing Minds Academy will not intentionally disclose personally identifying information about you to third parties except where required or permitted by law, necessary to process your purchase, necessary to operate the website or course platform, necessary to provide services, or necessary to enforce these Terms and Conditions.

Healing Minds Academy uses commercially reasonable efforts to protect website, account, payment, and customer information. However, no website, course platform, payment system, email platform, or password-protected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You acknowledge that unauthorized access, technical issues, data loss, or security incidents may occur despite reasonable precautions.

You use this website and related platforms at your own risk.

18. Third-Party Services

Healing Minds Academy may use third-party platforms and service providers, including but not limited to Kajabi, Stripe, email marketing platforms, video hosting platforms, scheduling tools, webinar platforms, social media platforms, and other technology providers.

Healing Minds Academy is not responsible for performance problems, outages, data issues, payment processing issues, service interruptions, account restrictions, policy changes, or other problems caused by third-party platforms or service providers.

Your use of third-party platforms may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healing Minds Academy, Barb Davies, and any related directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or reliance damages arising out of or relating to your use of this website or any Healing Minds Academy product, program, membership, training, resource, or service.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, loss of business, loss of clients, loss of data, service interruptions, technology problems, emotional distress, reliance on content, implementation decisions, or professional decisions made based on the content.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healing Minds Academy, Barb Davies, and any related directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to:

• your misuse of Healing Minds Academy content
• your violation of any law, regulation, professional standard, or third-party right
• your use of Healing Minds Academy products, programs, memberships, trainings, resources, or services
• your professional use of any content, if applicable
• your conduct in connection with this website or any related platform

21. Right to Refuse or Remove Access

Healing Minds Academy reserves the right to refuse, restrict, pause, suspend, or terminate access to any website, account, product, program, membership, training, resource, service, community, or platform at our discretion if we believe a user has violated these Terms and Conditions, violated program-specific terms, misused content, shared login credentials, failed to complete payment, acted disruptively, or engaged in conduct that is inconsistent with the standards of Healing Minds Academy.

22. Content Updates and Availability

Healing Minds Academy may update, revise, reorganize, replace, remove, or discontinue content, resources, lessons, downloads, platforms, communities, or program features at any time.

If a product or program includes lifetime access, lifetime access means access to the applicable content for as long as Healing Minds Academy continues to make that product or program available through its course platform.

Lifetime access does not guarantee that any specific platform, community, bonus, live event, technology provider, format, or individual resource will remain available indefinitely.

23. Disputes, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction

If a concern or dispute arises, you agree to contact Healing Minds Academy first at [email protected] so we can make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter informally.

These Terms and Conditions, including any program-specific addenda, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

To the extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising from or relating to this website, Healing Minds Academy, Barb Davies, any related program, product, service, or any purchase made through this website shall be brought in the courts or applicable dispute resolution forum located in Ontario, Canada.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit, exclude, or override any non-waivable consumer protection rights or legal rights that may apply to you based on your place of residence.

Healing Minds Academy may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.

By continuing to use this website or any Healing Minds Academy product, program, membership, training, resource, or service after the Terms and Conditions are updated, you agree to the updated terms.

Program-Specific Addendum

The following program-specific addendum applies only to the program named below.

If there is a conflict between the general Healing Minds Academy Terms and Conditions and this program-specific addendum, this program-specific addendum applies to that specific program or offer.

Capacity Program Addendum

This section applies specifically to Capacity and its related purchase options, including Capacity Program, Capacity VIP, and Capacity Practitioner Resource Library.

By purchasing, registering for, accessing, or participating in any Capacity option, you agree to the Healing Minds Academy Terms and Conditions as well as the Capacity-specific terms below.

Capacity Purchase Options

Capacity may be offered in one or more of the following options:

1. Capacity Program

Capacity Program includes access to the core Capacity program as it opens, including the core course modules, Capacity PDF Journal, guided practices, and reflection exercises.

Capacity Program is for your own personal education, reflection, self-development, and application only. Purchasing Capacity Program does not give you practitioner rights, client-use rights, group-use rights, workshop-use rights, presentation-use rights, teaching rights, facilitation rights, certification, licensing rights, or permission to use Capacity materials in any professional setting.

Unless Healing Minds Academy gives you specific written permission, you may not teach, reproduce, distribute, adapt, present, facilitate, publish, upload, share, resell, or otherwise provide Capacity materials, concepts, exercises, worksheets, journal prompts, guided practices, language, frameworks, recordings, slides, resources, or derivative materials to clients, groups, workshops, audiences, students, practitioners, agencies, organizations, or professional communities.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, teaching, sharing, adaptation, or commercial use of Capacity materials is a violation of these terms and may also violate copyright, trademark, licensing, and other intellectual property rights. Healing Minds Academy reserves the right to protect its intellectual property and enforce these terms, including by seeking legal remedies when necessary.

2. Capacity VIP

Capacity VIP includes Capacity Program plus three private Capacity integration sessions with Barb.

VIP sessions are designed to help you apply the Capacity material to your own life, patterns, goals, nervous system responses, relationships, business, leadership, visibility, or personal circumstances.

Capacity VIP is for your own personal education, reflection, self-development, and private integration only. Purchasing Capacity VIP gives you access to the core Capacity program plus private integration sessions with Barb. It does not give you practitioner rights, client-use rights, group-use rights, workshop-use rights, presentation-use rights, teaching rights, facilitation rights, certification, licensing rights, or permission to use Capacity materials in any professional setting.

Unless Healing Minds Academy gives you specific written permission, you may not teach, reproduce, distribute, adapt, present, facilitate, publish, upload, share, resell, or otherwise provide Capacity materials, concepts, exercises, worksheets, journal prompts, guided practices, language, frameworks, recordings, slides, resources, or derivative materials to clients, groups, workshops, audiences, students, practitioners, agencies, organizations, or professional communities.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, teaching, sharing, adaptation, or commercial use of Capacity materials is a violation of these terms and may also violate copyright, trademark, licensing, and other intellectual property rights. Healing Minds Academy reserves the right to protect its intellectual property and enforce these terms, including by seeking legal remedies when necessary.

VIP sessions are private Capacity integration sessions. They are not a separate therapy program and are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, crisis support, emergency services, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional services.

VIP sessions must be booked according to Barb’s availability. At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be considered used at the discretion of Healing Minds Academy.

3. Capacity Practitioner Resource Library 

Capacity Practitioner Resource Library includes access to the core Capacity program and the designated practitioner resources included in the specific Practitioner offer purchased.

These resources may include teaching slides, speaker notes, teaching notes, client-facing handouts, worksheets, journal prompts, reflection prompts, practice guides, participant materials, practitioner guidance, references, research resources, and other professional-use materials, depending on what is included in the specific offer purchased.

Capacity Practitioner Resource Library is designed to provide affordable professional resources that you can adapt and use with your own individual clients, workshops, masterclasses, and facilitated group programs, within your appropriate scope of practice.

This practitioner permission is limited to you and cannot be transferred, shared, resold, sublicensed, assigned, or extended to anyone else. You do not own the Capacity framework, materials, concepts, resources, or intellectual property.

Founder Access and Release Schedule

If you purchase Capacity Practitioner Resource Library during a Founder Access release, the program and Practitioner Resources may be released in alignment with the Capacity module schedule rather than all at once.

As each Capacity module becomes available, the related Practitioner Resources will be added within one week of that module’s release unless otherwise stated in writing.

Definitions

For the purpose of these terms, client-facing materials include handouts, worksheets, journal prompts, reflection prompts, practice guides, participant materials, and other materials specifically intended to be shared directly with your own clients, workshop participants, group members, or audience.

Practitioner Resources refers to the broader collection of materials provided through the Practitioner option, including slides, speaker notes, teaching notes, references, practitioner guidance, and other professional-use materials.

The client-facing materials may be provided without Healing Minds Academy branding so that you can adapt them for your own professional setting, including adding your own branding where appropriate.

Permitted Use

Capacity Practitioner Resource Library gives you limited permission to:

• Use client-facing materials with your own individual clients, students, groups, workshop participants, or audience.
• Adapt client-facing materials for your own professional setting, including adding your own branding.
• Use client-facing materials as part of your own paid or free client education, workshops, masterclasses, lead magnets, groups, or facilitated programs.
• Sell or provide client-facing handouts or materials to your own audience, provided they are not being sold, shared, or distributed as practitioner resources to other practitioners.
• Deliver paid or free workshops, masterclasses, or facilitated group programs using Capacity concepts and Practitioner Resources, provided they are delivered by you and remain within your appropriate scope of practice.
• Provide recordings of your own workshops, masterclasses, or group sessions to the participants registered in that specific offering.
• Use the Capacity journal and journal prompts with your own clients, workshop participants, and group program participants as part of your services.
• Use any provided reference list for your own continuing education and research.

Restricted Use

Capacity Practitioner Resource Library does not give you permission to:

• Share your login or provide access to the Capacity course or Practitioner area.
• Share, gift, upload, publish, or distribute the Practitioner Resources to other practitioners.
• Sell the Practitioner Resources as templates, downloads, practitioner handouts, practitioner toolkits, or resource bundles.
• Sell, publish, upload, distribute, or offer the Capacity journal as a standalone product, book, workbook, digital download, lead magnet, or separate resource outside your direct client, workshop, masterclass, or facilitated group program delivery.
• Create, sell, or distribute a self-paced online course based on Capacity or the Practitioner Resources without a separate written licensing agreement.
• Create a certification, practitioner training, train-the-trainer program, facilitator training, or licensing program based on Capacity or the Practitioner Resources without a separate written licensing agreement.
• License your Capacity-based workshop, group program, training, or materials to organizations, clinics, teams, agencies, institutions, or other practitioners without a separate written licensing agreement.
• Teach or license other practitioners to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, facilitate, or deliver Capacity materials without a separate written licensing agreement.
• Present yourself as certified, licensed, approved, supervised, or officially endorsed to teach Capacity unless you have received separate written permission from Healing Minds Academy.
• Use the materials outside your professional scope, training, competence, legal authority, insurance coverage, ethical obligations, or regulatory requirements.

Capacity Journal Use

You may use the Capacity journal and related journal prompts with your own individual clients, workshop participants, and group program participants as part of your services.

You may not sell, publish, upload, distribute, or offer the Capacity journal as a standalone product, book, workbook, digital download, lead magnet, or separate resource outside your direct client, workshop, masterclass, or facilitated group program delivery without a separate written licensing agreement from Healing Minds Academy.

Expanded Use and Advanced Licensing

Expanded use requires a separate licensing level or written agreement with Healing Minds Academy.

Expanded use may include organizational use, online course development, practitioner training, certification, team training, licensing arrangements, use inside clinics, agencies, institutions, organizations, or group practices, or teaching other practitioners to use or deliver Capacity-informed material.

If you wish to use Capacity materials for organizational delivery, online course development, practitioner training, certification, team training, licensing, or any use outside this Practitioner Resource Library license, you must obtain a separate written licensing agreement from Healing Minds Academy.

Affiliate Option

Healing Minds Academy may offer an affiliate program for Capacity or related programs.

For some practitioners, referring clients, groups, or organizations directly to Capacity may be simpler and more appropriate than creating an expanded program or applying for Advanced Licensing.

Affiliate participation is subject to separate approval, terms, conditions, and commission structures. Participation in any affiliate program does not expand your Practitioner Resource Library usage rights unless specifically stated in writing.

Future Certification Pathway

A Capacity Practitioner Certification, Capacity Facilitator Certification, or related certification pathway through Healing Minds Academy may be considered in the future.

There is no confirmed release date at this time. Development will depend on practitioner interest, demand, business priorities, and Healing Minds Academy’s discretion.

A future certification pathway may include deeper training, clearer standards, assessment, supervision or consultation requirements, and expanded permissions for practitioners who want to create client-facing online courses or programs using Capacity-informed concepts and adapted client-facing materials.

Certification would not include permission to train, certify, license, supervise, or approve other practitioners in Capacity unless a separate Advanced Licensing Agreement is granted in writing.

Purchasing Capacity Practitioner Resource Library does not guarantee admission into any future certification pathway, directory, advanced training, licensing program, or affiliate program.

Scope of Practice and Professional Responsibility

Capacity Practitioner Resource Library and all related Practitioner Resources are educational resources. They do not grant permission to practice psychotherapy, counselling, trauma treatment, mental health care, medical care, or any regulated service unless you are already qualified and legally authorized to provide those services in your jurisdiction.

Depending on your qualifications, professional designation, location, and scope of practice, some concepts, exercises, language, or applications within Capacity may need to be adapted, limited, omitted, or used only with appropriate training, supervision, consultation, or referral pathways in place.

You are responsible for determining how Capacity materials may be used ethically, legally, and appropriately in your own practice, business, jurisdiction, and professional role.

You agree to use your professional judgment and ensure that your use of Capacity materials aligns with your education, training, competence, insurance coverage, professional obligations, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.

Nothing in Capacity, Capacity Practitioner Resource Library, the Practitioner Resources, or these terms should be interpreted as authorization to work outside your scope of practice or to provide services you are not legally permitted or professionally qualified to provide.

Capacity does not guarantee specific client, participant, practitioner, business, financial, therapeutic, or professional outcomes.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, teaching, sharing, adaptation, sublicensing, commercial use, chargeback misuse, payment reversal, non-payment, or continued use of Capacity materials after access or usage rights have ended is a violation of these terms and may also violate copyright, trademark, licensing, contract, and other intellectual property rights.

Healing Minds Academy reserves the right to protect its intellectual property, recover unpaid amounts or losses, seek damages, revoke access or usage rights, and enforce these terms, including by pursuing available legal or equitable remedies when necessary.

Intellectual Property, Original Capacity Materials, and Referenced Methods

Healing Minds Academy owns and protects its original expression, teaching structure, written materials, recordings, resources, frameworks, presentation, adaptations, and Capacity-specific materials.

Capacity may also reference established concepts, research findings, educational information, therapeutic concepts, nervous system practices, breathing practices, grounding exercises, mindfulness practices, DBT-informed skills, cognitive-behavioural concepts, and other methods or concepts that exist outside of Capacity.

Healing Minds Academy does not claim ownership over public-domain information, general educational concepts, scientific principles, research findings, commonly known practices, or third-party methods that are lawfully available outside of Capacity.

You remain free to use knowledge, skills, methods, and concepts that are lawfully available to you through your own education, training, professional background, public sources, or other lawful sources.

However, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, adapt, resell, upload, publish, share, commercially use, or create derivative products from Healing Minds Academy’s original Capacity materials, including but not limited to Barb Davies’ original wording, explanations, examples, frameworks, sequencing, organization, worksheets, slides, scripts, recordings, guided practices, practitioner resources, client materials, or Capacity-specific materials, except as specifically permitted by the Capacity option you purchased.

In other words, Healing Minds Academy is not claiming ownership of general ideas, common practices, research concepts, or third-party methods. Healing Minds Academy is protecting its original Capacity framework, teaching structure, language, presentation, adaptations, materials, and resources.

Access and Course Delivery

Capacity begins on the date stated on the checkout page for the specific offer purchased.

Modules may open gradually according to the course schedule described at the time of purchase.

Lifetime access means lifetime access to the core Capacity program for as long as the program is available and Healing Minds Academy continues to support access through its course platform.

Healing Minds Academy reserves the right to update, revise, reorganize, replace, or remove course content as the program evolves.

Updates

Capacity Program, Capacity VIP, and Capacity Practitioner Resource Library include lifetime access to updates added to the core Capacity program unless otherwise stated.

Future bonuses, live events, practitioner resources, certifications, licensing upgrades, directories, advanced trainings, mentorship, live cohorts, or separate programs may not be included unless specifically stated in the offer purchased.

Capacity Practitioner Resource Library includes access to the designated practitioner materials included in the specific Practitioner offer purchased. Future practitioner materials, certifications, directories, licensing upgrades, advanced practitioner trainings, or expanded licensing rights may require a separate purchase or agreement unless specifically stated.

Installment Plans

If you choose to pay in installments, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

If a scheduled payment is unsuccessful, access to the program and associated resources may be automatically paused or revoked by the platform.

Missed or failed payments do not cancel your payment obligation.

Access will be reinstated once the outstanding payment is successfully received.

For Capacity Practitioner Resource Library, failed or missed payments may also pause or revoke access to practitioner materials and practitioner usage rights until the account is brought up to date.

Refund Policy

Capacity Program includes a 30-day refund period. If you begin the program and decide it is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Capacity VIP includes a 30-day refund period, provided no private VIP sessions have been used. Once a private VIP session has been completed, that session is non-refundable.

Approved refunds for Capacity VIP are subject to a 5% processing and administrative fee, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Capacity Practitioner Resource Library purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refund unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically stated in writing.

Because Capacity Practitioner Resource Library includes access to practitioner materials, downloadable resources, professional-use permissions, licensing rights, and intellectual property resources, the purchase is considered final once completed.

If a refund, chargeback, payment reversal, cancellation, failed payment, or account dispute occurs for any reason, access to Capacity Practitioner materials and all practitioner usage rights may be immediately paused, revoked, or terminated.

A refund, chargeback, payment reversal, cancellation, failed payment, or account dispute does not grant permission to retain, use, copy, teach, distribute, adapt, resell, share, publish, or continue using Capacity Practitioner Resource Library materials or any related professional-use rights.

Healing Minds Academy reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid amounts, recovery of losses, damages, and any available legal or equitable remedies in the event of non-payment, chargeback misuse, payment reversal, breach of these terms, unauthorized use of materials, or misuse of Healing Minds Academy intellectual property.
