Grounded in neuroscience, trauma-informed practice, and evidence-based principles of human change, Capacity helps you understand your patterns and work with your brain and nervous system more intentionally, so you can become the version of you who can hold more of what you want without constantly bracing, shrinking, overthinking, or falling back into familiar patterns.
Founding VIP Access
You are joining the founding round of Capacity.
This round is intentionally limited so I can pay close attention to the founding member experience, gather useful feedback, and refine the program before it opens again.
Capacity begins Tuesday, July 7.

Module 1: Your Regulated Foundation
You’ll begin by understanding your nervous system responses and learning practical ways to work with your brain and body more intentionally.
This module gives you the foundation for regulation, safety, awareness, and choice.
Module 2: Your Capacity Expansion
You’ll explore what happens when life asks more of you and begin building the internal capacity to respond with more clarity, flexibility, and choice.
This is where we move beyond simply calming down and begin expanding what you can hold, receive, and move toward without slipping back into familiar patterns.
Module 3: Your Identity Shift
You’ll begin integrating the work at the level of identity, self-concept, and daily life.
This module helps you embody the version of you who can hold more of what you want with greater clarity, flexibility, and confidence.
Why the founding round is different
Capacity is opening first as a founding round.
That means you receive the lowest public investment this program will be offered at while I refine the course experience with the first group.
Future rounds will increase in investment as the program continues to expand and additional lessons, resources, and refinements are added.
How VIP coaching sessions work
Capacity VIP includes one 1.5-hour coaching session with Barb as each module is released, unless other arrangements are made directly with Barb.
These sessions are designed to support your learning and integration. They may be used to reflect on what you are noticing, explore how the material applies to your life, clarify practices, and support your next steps as you move through the program.
VIP coaching sessions are not intended to be booked all at once unless other arrangements are made directly with Barb.
This pacing is intentional. It gives you time to work with each module, notice what comes up, practice the material, and receive support at the next stage of the program.
Booking your VIP sessions
The next day after purchase, you will receive an email with instructions for booking your VIP coaching sessions.
Investment
Capacity VIP Founding Access is $1397 CAD.
This is the lowest investment Capacity will be offered at.
All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Enrollment closes when all founding spots are filled.

Refund Policy
Capacity VIP includes a 30-day refund period. If you begin the program and decide it is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided no private sessions have been completed with Barb.
Once a private session has been completed with Barb, that portion of your investment is not eligible for refund.
Approved refunds are subject to a 5% processing and administrative fee.
Access and Updates
Capacity begins Tuesday, July 7. Modules will open gradually as described above.
Your purchase includes lifetime access to the core Capacity program and lifetime access to updates added to the core Capacity program.
Future bonuses, live events, practitioner resources, certifications, licensing upgrades, or separate programs may not be included unless specifically stated.
Installment Plans
If you choose to pay in installments, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
If a scheduled payment is unsuccessful, access to the program and associated resources are automatically paused by the platform.
Missed or failed payments do not cancel your payment obligation.
Access will be reinstated once the outstanding payment is successfully received.

Capacity is an educational and coaching program.
The VIP coaching sessions are connected to your learning and application of the Capacity material. They are not therapy, clinical counselling, medical care, crisis support, or individualized mental health treatment.
Capacity is not a replacement for therapy, medical care, psychiatric care, or emergency support. If you are in crisis or need mental health treatment, please contact an appropriate licensed professional or emergency service in your area.
Personal Use Only
Capacity Program is for your own personal education, reflection, self-development, and application.
This option does not include practitioner materials, client-use rights, group-use rights, workshop-use rights, certification, licensing rights, or permission to teach, reproduce, distribute, adapt, present, facilitate, or use Capacity materials with clients, groups, workshops, students, practitioners, agencies, organizations, or professional audiences.
